Biography
Kablisanov Kairat Kalmanovich was born on October 29, 1964 in the village of Mukry, Koksu district, Almaty region. He graduated from Mukryn Secondary School in 1981. In 1989, he graduated from the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor named after Abai, specializing in teacher of drawing, fine arts and labor of the Art and Graphic Faculty.
From 1989 to 2000, the teacher of church, educational work and labor of the middle school named after K. Zhaparbayeva sat in the Koksu District of Almaty region.
From 2000 to 2005, the director of the middle school named S. Kyrykbaevoy was employed in the village of Kenaral in the Koksussky District of Almaty region. From 2005, he was the director of the "khudozhestvennoy galleries" of the Almaty region. Kablisanov Kairat Kamanovich takes active part in International, Republican, and regional exhibitions.
Since 2011, the Union of Khudozhnikov of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Association of khudozhnikov of Kazakhstan and the corresponding Academy of Khudozhestv RK.
Jubilee Medal "20 years of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan". The award is awarded "excellent student of the field of Culture".
Awarded with letters of thanks from the Akim and the management of the culture of Almaty region.
