    Biography

    Saparov Yerlan Askerbekovich was born in 1968.
    Graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A.Buketov with a degree in Law.

    • Lecturer of the Department of Labor Law and Civil Procedure of the E.A.Buketov Karaganda State University (08.1994-04.1995);
    • Chief Consultant of the Department, Deputy Head, Head of the Department of Registration of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (04.1995-04.1997);
    • Deputy Director of the Agency for Registration of Real Estate and Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (04.1997-07.1999);
    • Deputy Chairman of the Registration Service Committee of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (07.1999-04.2001, 04.2002-04.2003);
    • Head of the Sector of the Legislation Department of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (05.2001-04.2002);
    • Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Combating Drug Addiction and Drug Trafficking of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (04.2002, 04.2003-06.2003);
    • Head of the Department of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (10.2003-07.2009);
    • Head of the Department for Supervision in the field of legislative activity of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (08.2009-05.2011);
    • Head of the Department of the Staff of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (05.2011-08.2019);
    • Director of the Civil Service Control Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs (08.2019-01.2023);
