Moldabayeva Azhar Toleubekovna was born on April 23, 1990 in the village of Tarbagatai, Ayagoz district, Semipalatinsk region.In 2011 she graduated from the Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Computer Science.
