Biography
Sayat Erlanovich was born in 1984 in the East Kazakhstan Region. In 2003, he graduated from the college of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University with a degree as a Technician-Technologist. In 2006, he completed his studies at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University with a degree in Construction.
He began his professional career in 2006 at the Real Estate Center of East Kazakhstan Region, where he initially worked as a specialist and later as a senior specialist. From 2009 to 2012, he worked at LLP “Promstroy” as a concrete worker and construction site foreman.
From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a site foreman and construction supervisor at LLP “Stroykontinent No. 1” and LLP “Intermaster”. From 2015 to 2020, he held the positions of construction manager and deputy director at LLP “Yuvpek-Astana”.
From 2020 to 2023, he served as Deputy Director of LLP “T.A.S BuildGroup”.
In March–April 2023, he worked as a Chief Specialist in the Construction Department of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of East Kazakhstan Region.
From July 2023 until his appointment, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of East Kazakhstan Region.
Since April 2025, he has been serving as the Head of the Construction Department of the city of Semey.
