Biography
Uvasilov Adilbek Dauletbekovich was born on December 27, 1991, in the city of Semey, Abai Region.
In 2019, he graduated from the Construction College with a degree in “Construction of Roads and Airfields”, and in 2023, he graduated from D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University with a degree in “Design and Construction of Highways.”
He began his professional career in 2012 at the State Communal Enterprise for Improvement and Landscaping of the city of Semey. From 2013 to 2020, he worked at this enterprise as a foreman and road marking machine operator.
From 2020 to 2022, he worked at LLP “Zelenstroy Semey” as a leading specialist in the production and technical department, as well as Head of Production.
In 2022, he served as Head of the Mechanization and Motor Transport Service at the State Communal Enterprise “Teplokommunenergo”.
Since 2022, he has been working at the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Semey. In this institution, he successively held the positions of statistician of the road sector, acting chief specialist, and chief specialist.
From 2024 to 2026, he served as Deputy Head of the Department.
Since March 2026, he has been appointed Head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Semey.
