Kuznetsova Elena Vitalievna

Kuznetsova Elena Vitalievna was born in 1970 in the city of Semipalatinsk, Semipalatinsk region.

Graduated from Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim.

She began her career in 1989 as an auditor-inspector, chief economist of the Semipalatinsk City Financial Department.

From 1997 to 2005, she worked as a chief specialist of the budget department, head of the health and social protection sector, acting head of the Control Department of local budget procedures, chief controller-auditor, chief specialist of the budget department of the Semipalatinsk Financial Department.

In 2005 - Head of the Fiscal Policy Department of the state institution «Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the city of Semey».
