Biography
Osadchaya Maria Yurievna was born in 1976 in the city of Semipalatinsk, Semipalatinsk region.
Graduated from Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim.
She started her career in 1994 as an economist of the 1st category of the Department of Financing of Local economy and services of the Semipalatinsk City Financial Department.
From 1996 to 2003, she worked as a leading, chief economist of the Semipalatinsk City Financial Department.
From 2003 to 2006, Head of the Budget Execution Department of housing and communal services, urban planning and construction of the state institution «Finance Department of the city of Semipalatinsk».
From 2006 to 2022, Deputy Head in the Departments of Finance, Economics and Finance of the city of Semey.
Since August 16, 2022, she has been appointed deputy head of the state institution «Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the Abay region».
