Biography
Roza Kudaibergenkyzy was born in 1967 in the village of Znamenka, Ayaguz district.
Graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management, Kazakh University of Humanities and Law.
She began her career as an auditor-inspector on the staff of the Taskeskensky district finance Department of the Semipalatinsk region.
From 1988 to 1996, she worked as the head of the budget inspectorate, deputy head of the Taskeskensky District Finance Department of the Semipalatinsk region.
From 1996 to 2005 - Deputy Head of the Semipalatinsk City Finance Department, Head of the Tax and Revenue Forecasting Department, Head of the Budget Department.
In 2005, she was appointed head of the Finance Department of the city of Semey.
From 2009 to August 15, 2022, she headed the departments of economics and budget planning, finance of the city of Semey.
Since August 16, 2022, she has been appointed head of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the Abay region.
