Biography

He graduated from Kazakh State Agrarian University in 1997, Kazakh Humanitarian Law University in 2002, and Kazakh University of Economics, Finance, and International Trade in 2014.
He began his service in the internal affairs bodies in 1998 as an inspector of the DGSO at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 1999 to 2015, he served in the internal affairs bodies in various positions of middle and senior management.
Since December 2015, he has been the Head of the Department of the Specialized Security Service of Astana.
From 2018 - Deputy Headof the Department of InternalAffairsof theAlmaty region.
From August 2018 to 2019 – Deputy Head of the Department of Personnel Policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2019 – Deputy Head, Head of the Police Department for Transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In November 2022, he was appointed Head of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awarded the II degree of «Айбын» order, the awards «Ішкі істер органдарының үздігі», «Ішкі істер органдарының құрметті қызметкері», medals «Құқық тәртібін қамтамасыз етуге қосқан үлесі үшін», «Халықаралық ынтымақтастықты дамытуға қосқан үлесі үшін» and other professional and departmental awards.
