Biography
Born in 1989 in the Kyzylorda region.
Graduated from the Kazakh Humanities and Law University with a degree in jurisprudence.
Started his career as a clerk at the Kyzylorda Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court.
In 2010, he was appointed Acting Leading Specialist of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Kyzylorda region.
From 2011 to 2012, he worked as an assistant to a private notary.
In 2014, he was appointed Acting Expert of the Risk Assessment Department of the Laboratory Service Development Department of the Agency for Consumer Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 to 2017, he served as an expert in the Risk Monitoring and Assessment Department of the Consumer Protection Committee of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2017, he became the Chief Expert of the Program Implementation Monitoring Department in the Healthcare Sector of the Strategic Development and Public Health Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2017 to 2018, he was the Chief Expert of the Consolidated Analysis and Coordination of Public Services Department of the Strategic Development Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2018 to 2019, he was the Head of the Consolidated Analysis and Monitoring Department of the Strategic Development Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2020, he was the Head of the Monitoring and Regional Development Department of the Strategy and International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 to 2024, he served as the Deputy Director of the Strategy and Development Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From June to July 2024, he was the Director of the Strategy and Development Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since July 2024, he has been appointed as the Director of the Human Resources Management Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
