Baigaskina Zina Sapuanovna

She was born on the first of December in 1964 in village Arkhangelka which is located in Zhambyl district North Kazakhstan region.

In 1987 she graduated from the Petropavlovsk Pedagogical Institute, in 2001 from the North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybayev, and in 2007 from the Central Asian University.

She began her career in 1987 as a history and social science teacher at the Pokrovsky SPTU-8 of the North Kazakhstan region.

In the period from 1989 to 1992, she worked as an instructor in the ideological department of the Petropavlovsk city committee of the Komsomol and was engaged in teaching.

Between 1992 and 2004, she worked in the local executive bodies of North Kazakhstan region: the regional administration for youth, tourism and sports, the regional administration for state support of small business, the regional Akim's office, director of the branch of the Republican Information and Exhibition Center for Small Business in Petropavlovsk.

From 2004 to 2011, she worked as deputy head of the territorial department of the Agency for North Kazakhstan, head of the staffing department of the civil service of this department.

From 2011 to 2015, she was the deputy Akim of the Shal Akyn district of the North Kazakhstan region for social issues.

From 2015 to 2018, she worked as a consultant to the territorial department of the Agency for North-Kazakhstan Oblast and as a chief consultant to the Department of Civil Service Control of the Agency.

Between 2018 and 2019, she was the Ethics Commissioner of the Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Agency.

From 2019 to 2020, she was the Ethics Commissioner of the Civil Service Agency.

From 2019 to 2020, she was the Director of the Personnel Management Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since September 23, 2022, she has been appointed to the position of Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
