Biography
Graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute,
Academy of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the USSR.
He began his career in production,
from 1995 to 2019 he served in the national security bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2021, he continues public service in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan as Director of the Department of Internal Security of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
