Bektasov Zhenis Amangeldyuly

Born in 1962 in the village of Shamalgan, Karasai District, Almaty Region.

Higher education.

In 1992, graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University.

Specialization: Economics and Management in the Agro-Industrial Complex.

Began his career in 1985 as a Worker, Technical Supervision Engineer, and Workshop Foreman at the Capital Construction Department of the Pervomaysk Experimental Production Farm.

1989–1990 – Instructor, then Head of the Organizational and Personnel Work Department of the Kaskelen District Komsomol Committee.

1990–1992 – Instructor of the Organizational and Personnel Work Department of the Kaskelen District Administration.

1992–1999 – Chief Engineer of the Production and Technical Equipment Department of Trust No. 6 "Alma-AtaSelStroy".

1999–2011 – Deputy Director of the Real Estate Center for Almaty Region; Head of the Shilik Region of the Real Estate Center; Head of the Technical Inventory Department of the Karasai District Branch of the Real Estate Center.

2011–2018 – Director of the Municipal State Enterprise "Karasai Su Kubyry" under the Right of Economic Management of the Akimat of Karasai District.

Since 2018 to the present – Director of Zh Kaskelen LLP.

Member of the Standing Commission on Housing and Communal Services, Construction, Architecture, and Development of Transport and Logistics Infrastructure.
