Biography
Mazenov Omirbek Baltabekovich was born on March 17, 1992 in the village of Aksuat, Aksuat district, Semipalatinsk region.
In 2009 he graduated from the secondary school named after "Bi Boranbai" in the village of Kyzyl Kesik of Tarbagatai district.
From 2009 to 2011 he studied and graduated from the Semey Law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
From 2011 to 2014, he studied and graduated from the Kazakh Humanities and Law Innovation University.
From 2011 to 2016, he worked in the Tarbagatai district Police Department of East Kazakhstan Region in various positions.
From 2017 to 2020, he was engaged in individual entrepreneurship.
Starting from July 2020 until October 2022, Deputy director of KSU "sred.shk. Bi Boranbai" for household.parts.
