Biography
Boranzhanov Bolat Kenesbekovich was born on February 15, 1966 in the village of Yernazar, Aksuat district, Semipalatinsk region.
In 1983 he graduated from the secondary school named after "K. Satbayev" in the village of Yernazar, Aksuat district.
From 1983 to 1984, he studied and graduated from No. 44 Semipalatinsk City College, by profession. 1993-1998 studied and graduated from the Semipalatinsk Institute as a physical education teacher.
1984-1986 served in the army.
