Biography
Ygiev Serikkali Zhumagaliev was born in 1964 on January 20 in Semipalatinsk region, Aksuat district, in the village of Oishilik. In 1981 he graduated from Komsomol High school. From 1981 to 1983 he studied at the Zoo Veterinary Institute of Families. 1984 -1986 served in the ranks of the armies.
From 1986 to 2004 he was engaged in individual entrepreneurship.
From 2004 to 2011, a leading specialist in agriculture in the office of the akim of the Oishilik rural district.
