Biography
Imanbekov Mels Bakhtykalievich was born on November 20, 1970 in the village of Oishilik, Aksuat district, Semipalatinsk region.In 2002, he graduated from the Kazakh Financial and Economic Institute with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
From 1989 to 1992 he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army
From 1992 to 1997 he worked in Semey as a commercial agent of a small multi-profile enterprise "BAEZ".
From 1997 to 1999 he worked in Semey as a warehouse manager, Limited Liability Company "Ondiris",
From 2002 to 2007 - Chief Specialist - Chief Treasurer of Tarbagatai District Treasury.
From 2007 to 2009 - Head of the Department of Municipal Property Management and Cash Management and Liability Analysis of the Tarbagatai District Financial Department.
