Biography
Karatalov Aibek Naimangazyevich was born on August 24, 1983 in the village of Aksuat, Aksuat district, Semipalatinsk region.
In 2000 he graduated from the secondary school "S.Kabekov" in the village of Ekpin, Aksuat district.
From 2001 to 2005 he studied and graduated from the Academy of Kazakh Sports and Tourism in Almaty. From 2020 to 2022, he graduated from Alikhan Bokeikhanov University in Semey with a degree in law.
From 2005 to 2008 he worked as a physical education teacher No. 17 of the Lyceum school.
From 2008 to 2019, he worked as a chief specialist in the Department of physical education and Sports of Tarbagatai district.
Since 2019 , he has been working as the akim of the Ekpinsky rural district
