Born on 1 April 1989 in Bayzak District, Zhambyl Region.
Higher education.
In 2012, graduated from the Kazakh Engineering, Finance and Banking Academy.
In 2023, graduated from I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu State University.
Since 2013 to the present – Director of Karakat Baby LLP.
Since March 2023 – Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the Almaty Regional Maslikhat on Industrial and Innovation Development, Support for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, and Tourism.
