Born in 1986 in the village of Kokzhyra, Aksuat District, Semipalatinsk Region.

In 1986, graduated from the Republican Foreign Trade Agricultural College of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Kazakh SSR.

Specialization: Computer Engineering and Programming.

In 2001, graduated from the Kazakh State Law University.

In 2006, graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University.

Began his career in 1986 as a Worker at the Amangeldy Collective Farm, Aksuat District.

1991 – Operator of Wool Carding Machines at the Talgar Felt Factory, Talgar District.

1991 – Head of the Department of the Komsomol Committee of Talgar City.

1991–2002 – Boxing Coach at the Children and Youth Sports School of Talgar District.

2002–2003 – Legal Consultant at DAS LLP, Almaty.

Since 2010 to the present – Founder of T.A.S Agroservice LLP.
