Biography
By the decision of the territorial election commission of the Altai region dated June 26, 2023, Lukpanov Medet Ospanuly was appointed to the post of akim of the village of Pribrezhny in the Altai region.
Medet Ospanuly was born on November 19, 1981 in the village of Katon-Karagay, East Kazakhstan region.
He has a higher legal education and graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is a pensioner of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a colonel in reserve. He has 15 years of teaching experience in universities, of which more than five years in leadership positions.
