Biography
Kaysar Nurbolatovich Bogusbayev was born on May 16, 1989. In 2011 he graduated from Al Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in accounting and auditing, in 2013 he graduated from the University of International Business with a degree in Economics and Business.
He started his career in 2012 as a manager at JSC "Kaspi Bank". From 2013 to 2016, he worked as an Analyst in the Bureau for Work with Debtors LLP, from 2016 to 2018 he worked as a chief specialist of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Koktobе Rural District", from 2018 to 2022 he worked as deputy akim of the Rakhat rural district. Since September 19, 2022, akim of the Rakhat rural district.
