Biography
Born in 1959 in the village of Pedzhim, Panfilov District, Almaty Region.
Higher education.
In 1985, graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute.
Specialization: Mechanical Engineering.
Began his career in 1976 as a worker at the Kogaly and Golubinovsky state farms.
1989–1991 – Deputy Chairman of the Guards Agricultural Production Association of Taldykorgan Region.
1991–1999 – Director of the small private enterprise "Karlygash".
1999–2004 – Head of the "Zhiger" Peasant Farm.
2004–2006 – Deputy General Director of SK Semirechye LLP, Kapshagay.
2013–2017 – Acting Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Agriculture of the City of Kapshagay".
Since 2017 to the present – Head of the State Institution "South-Eastern Regional Inspectorate for Crop Variety Testing of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Member of the Standing Commission on Agriculture, Land Relations, Veterinary Services, and Ecology.
