Born in 1964 in the village of Merke, Merke District, Zhambyl Region.
Higher education.
In 1987, graduated from the Almaty State Medical Institute.
Specialization: General Medicine.
Began her career in 1987 as a Medical Intern at the Zhambyl Regional Hospital, Zhambyl.
1988–1991 – District General Practitioner at the Moyynkum District Hospital, Moyynkum.
1991–1993 – District General Practitioner at the Chilik Central District Hospital, Chilik.
1994–2007 – Head of the Emergency Medical Service and District General Practitioner at the Enbekshikazakh Central District Hospital, Yesik.
2007–2010 – Deputy Director for Medical Affairs at the Enbekshikazakh Central District Hospital, Yesik.
2010–2013 – Director of the Enbekshikazakh Central District Hospital, Yesik.
2013–2018 – Deputy Director for Medical Affairs at the Enbekshikazakh Central District Hospital, Yesik.
