Biography
Born on December 1, 1977. He graduated from the Kazakh Academic University and the Kazakh National Agrarian University. Majoring in Law and Master of Science in Land Management.
He started his career in 2001 as a lawyer in the scientific and production corporation "Agrotechnologies". While working at the corporation, he worked his way up from lawyer to vice president of the corporation.
2008 - 2010 leading specialist of the court of the Turksib district of Almaty.
2016 - 2018 chief specialist of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Boraldai village".
2018 - 2019 Chief specialist of the "Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Ili district of Almaty region".
Since 2019, Deputy akim of Boraldai village.
