State Institution "Apparatus of akim of Boraldai settlement of Ili district"

BORALDAI settlement is located 20 km southwest of the district center of the village of Otegen Batyr. The foundation was laid in 1929 in connection with the construction of the Turksib railway. By the decision of the State Onomastic Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 4, 1995, by the decision of the Almaty regional Maslikhat dated July 24, 1998 No. 21166 was renamed Boraldai. The population is 36,300 people (as of 01.01.2022).
