Biography
Born on January 30, 1976. Graduated from Almaty Institute of Technology, Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations. Majoring in Economics and Management, Law.
He started his career in 1997 with Rakhat – Invest LLP in Almaty.
2003 - 2005 - Deputy Akim of Pervomaisky settlement district of Ili district.
2005 - 2006 - Deputy Akim of the Energy Settlement district of the Ili district.
2006 - 2008 Head of the State Institution "Apparatus of the Maslikhat of the Ili district".
2008 - 2013 Akim of the village of Chapaevo Ili district.
2013 - 2014 Head of the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture of the Ili district".
2014 - 2015 Director of the Ili district branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" of the Ili district of Almaty region.
2015 - 2019 Head of the "Department of Entrepreneurship of the Ili district"
Since April 2019 – Akim of Boraldai village of Ili district of Almaty region.
