He was born on 27.09.1991 in the village of Adayevka, Kamystinsky district, Kostanay region. Higher education, graduated from Kostanay State University named after A.Baitursynov in 2013, graduated from Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after M.Dulatov in 2014, Chelyabinsk State University in 2017.
Kunigenas Vladislav Valeryevich has been working as the deputy director of Sodruzhestvo – 98 LLP since August 2013, deputy of the Kamystinsky district Maslikhat of the 7th convocation.
