He was born on 01.09.1980 in the village of Zhayylma, Kamystinsky district, Kostanay region. Higher education, graduated from Kurgan State Agricultural Academy named after T.S.Maltsev in 2020.
Knyazev Pavel Borisovich has been working as the released deputy director for production of Altynsarino LLP since January 2022, deputy of the district maslikhat of 6,7 convocations.
