She was born on 22.09.1964 in the village of Adayevka, Kamystinsky district, Kostanay region. Higher education, graduated from Kostanay Pedagogical Institute in 1987, Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute in 2005.
Tulebayeva Saule Alikhanovna works as the director of the Krasnooktyabrskaya secondary school, deputy of the district maslikhat of 4,5,6,7 convocations.
