Biography
He was born on 01.08.1986 in the village of Klochkovo, Kamystinsky district, Kostanay region. Higher education, graduated from Kostanay State University named after A.Baitursynov in 2008.
Kushkinbayev Saken Konyspaevich has been working as an individual entrepreneur since June 2019, deputy of the Kamystinsky district maslikhat of the 7th convocation.
From December 2008 to June 2012 - served in the Karaganda region as a squad commander, platoon sergeant:
From September 2014 to May 2016 – Zhitikarinskaya military unit, department commander;
From June 2019 to the present – an individual entrepreneur.
