Biography
Sakenov Ali Talgatuly was born on August 31, 1996 in the village of Karaul, Abai district, East Kazakhstan region.
He has a higher education, in 2017 he graduated from the Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in accounting and auditing.
Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Chief specialist in the sector of budgetary policy, analysis, forecasting and budget revenues of the state institution "Department of Economics and Finance of Semey city, Abai region".
On March 2, 2026, he was appointed head of the state institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Borodulikhinsky district of the Abai region."
