Tokushev Artur Kaliakparovich

Tokushev Artur Kaliakparovich was born on June 29, 1972 in the city of St. Petersburg, Russia.

Graduated from the Higher Political School named after the 60th anniversary of the Komsomol of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, specializing in pedagogy and methods of educational work (1989-1993);

Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specializing in command and staff operational-tactical (1999-2001);

National Defense University named after the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy, specializing in operational-strategic management (2020-2022).

From 1993 to 2003 - served from deputy commander of a patrol company to chief of staff - deputy commander of a military unit;

From 2003 to 2012. – commander of military units 5513, 7552, 6654;

From 2012 to 2013 – senior lecturer at the Department of Operational Art and Tactics of the National Defense University;

From 2013 to 2014 – deputy chief of the main operational department of the General Staff of the General Command of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From 2014 to 2020 – first deputy chief of the General Staff of the General Command of the National Guard;

Since August 22, 2022 – chief of the Academy of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
