Biography
Akbarov Nariman Almabekovich was born on January 4, 1976, in the city of Almaty.
In 1998, he graduated from the Military Institute of the Border Troops of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2010, he graduated from the Military University of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
In 2017, he graduated from the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
From 1998 to 2017, he served in various positions, from platoon commander to brigade commander.
From November 2017 to June 2022, he served as Deputy Chief of the Main Staff — Head of the Main Operational Directorate of the Main Staff of the National Guard Main Command of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From June 2022 to April 2026, he served as First Deputy Commander of Regional Command “Batys” — Chief of Staff.
Since April 2026, he has been serving as Commander of Regional Command “Batys” of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He has been awarded the Order of “Aibyn” (2nd class) and seven medals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
