Biography
Zhumagaliev Arman Maksotovich was born on April 27, 1969 in Kola, Murmansk region, Kazakh.
In 1990 he graduated from the Ordzhonikidze Higher Military Command School.
In 2006 he graduated from the National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2008 he graduated from the Higher Academic Courses of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
In 2010 he graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
From 1990 to 2008 he served in various positions from platoon commander to chief of staff - deputy commander of the formation.
From 08.2008 to 08.2009 - Chief of the Operations Department of the General Staff of the KVV MIA RK.
From July 2010 to January 2017 - Deputy Chief of the General Staff - Chief of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Command of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January 2017 to September 2020 - First Deputy Commander - Chief of Staff of the Batys Regional Command of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 17, 2020 to December 2023 - Commander of the Batys Regional Command of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From December 15, 2023 - Commander of the Shygys Regional Command of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the Order of Dank, II degree, and 14 medals of the USSR and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2019, he was awarded the military rank of Major General.
