Biography
Born in 1977 in the Kazalinsky district. Higher education, graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
He began his career in 1997 as a specialist in the district Department of Labor and Social Protection of the population.
In 1998-2022, he worked as a senior specialist at the Kazalinsky district branch of the Kyzylorda regional branch of the State Pension Payment Center, chief specialist, head of the sector, head of the department of the Tax Committee for the Kazalinsky district, director of LLP SEC Kyzylorda Balyk", akim of the Maidakol rural district, chief inspector of the department of organizational and inspection work of the office of the akim of the Kazalinsky district.
From April to November 2022, he worked as the head of the budget and communal property sector of the district finance department.
From November 2022 to August 2024, he is the head of the Financial Management department of the Kazalinsky district Akim's office
From August 2024 to May 2025-deputy akim of the village of Aiteke bi.
From May 2025 to the present, he holds the position of head of the Department of entrepreneurship and industry of Kazalinsky district.
