Biography
Borkulakov Aktileu Talailievich was born on September 7, 1982 in the village of Novokazalinsk, Kazalinsky district. In 1989, he was enrolled in the 1st class of school No. 25 in the village of Kozhabakhy, in 1999 he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian school No. 249 named after Schastnov in the village of Aiteke bi.
In 2003, he graduated from the Aktobe branch of the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics in Aktobe.
He started his career in 2004 as an accountant in a rural polyclinic in the village of U.Tuktibaeva Kazalinsky district.
From 2005 to 2006, he worked as an accountant in Kazaly Zharygy LLP.
From 2007 to 2008 - Chief Specialist of the district Department of Internal Policy,
From 2008 to 2011 - Chief Specialist of the District Department of Economics and Budget Planning,
From 2011 to 2012 - Chief specialist of the organizational and personnel department of the district akim's office,
From 2012 to 2017-Deputy Head of the district Finance Department,
From 2017-2018-Akim of Akzhona rural district of Kazalinsky district,
