Biography
Sovet Babanayev was born in 1965 in Kazalinsky district. Higher education, graduated from Karaganda Cooperative Institute with a degree in accounting and analysis of economic activity, Kazakh humanitarian and Law University with a degree in law.
He began his career in 1986 as an assistant accountant of agriculture in the educational department of the Kazalinsky district and served in the Armed Forces until June 1988. 1988-1992 - Deputy Chief Accountant of the Union of Consumers of the Kazalinsky district, Chief Accountant of the Kyzylorda regional wholesale fish storage, 1992-1999 - Tax inspector of the tax Inspectorate of the Kyzylorda region, head of the Tax Committee, Head of the Audit and collection Department, 1999-2014 - Akmola. In 2014-2016, he held the positions of Deputy chairman of the tax Committee of the Kyzylorda region, head of the tax service of the Kazalinsky, Aral, Zhalagash districts, head of the department of interpretation of tax legislation of the tax administration of the Kyzylorda region.
From May 2016 to December 2018, he worked as deputy akim of the Kazalinsky district.
Since December 2018, he has been working as the head of the Kazalinsky District Department of Employment, Social Programs and Civil Registration.
