Head of the district Akim's Office

Manages the district akim's office, prospective and current planning of the district akim's office.

Coordinates actions in the activities of the office with the deputy akims of the district, coordinates the work of the departments of the akim's office of the district, district departments and institutions, the offices of akims of villages and rural districts on issues of monitoring the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, presidential decrees, Government resolutions, resolutions of akimats of the region and district, decisions and orders of akims of the region and district, other acts of higher authorities government agencies.

Provides solutions to the issues of personnel selection and professional development, retraining of personnel and reform of state bodies.

Coordinates the development of "e-government" and the provision of public services by local executive bodies.

Organizes meetings of the akimat of the district, preparation and holding of meetings.

Coordinates civil registration activities.

the office of the akim of the district;

legal department of the district akim's office;

financial and economic department of the district akim's office;

personnel management service (HR service) of the district akim's office;

unified competition commission;

disciplinary commission;

council of mentors;

the commission for the evaluation of the activities of administrative civil servants;

the commission on the calculation of the length of service, which gives the right to receive the official salary of the state institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Naurzum district".

the commission under the akimat of the district to encourage citizens involved in ensuring public order.
