Ensures the implementation of sectoral programs for the development of housing and communal services, industrial and civil construction. He directs the activities of the permanent commission for the preparation and conduct of auctions and tenders, the permanent commission for work with ownerless property, the commission for the inventory of unused district communal property, the working group on the selection of investment projects.
