Biography
Born in 1978 in Naurzum district of Kostanay region, higher education.
He started his career
in August 1999 as a physical education teacher at the Sholaksai secondary school in the Naurzum district.
From 2001 to 2012, he worked as Executive Director of Veteran-1 LLP of the Naurzum district, Deputy Director of Sholaksai-1 LLP, director of Veteran-1 LLP.
Since January 2013 - Director of Sholaksay-1 LLP.
He has also been the founder and director of Peninsula LLP since February 2020.
Deputy of the Naurzum district maslikhat of three convocations, deputy of the Kostanay regional maslikhat of the seventh and eighth convocations, member of the Budget and Economic Development Commission of the region.
Job responsibilities:
Organizes the execution on the territory of the region of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the akimat of the Kostanay region, decisions and orders of the akim of the region, other acts of higher state bodies, interacts with the apparatus of the akim of the region on issues of ensuring the functioning of the national economic complex of the region. Organizes and controls the implementation of the Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050". Implements personnel policy. Takes measures to combat corruption.
Ensures the implementation of state policy, is responsible for the state of the socio-economic development of the region.
Coordinates the work:
deputy akims of the district, akims of villages and rural districts.
Manages activities:
akimat of the district;
district budget commission;
anti-terrorist commission under the akimat of the district;
interdepartmental commission for the prevention of offenses in
Akimat of Naurzum district;
anti-corruption commissions under the akimat of the district;
district commission for the prevention and elimination of excessive
situations;
on mobilization training, territorial and civil
defense;
district housing commission.

Prosecutor's office of the Naurzum district;
Performs other duties in accordance with the legislation.
