Biography
Bisembayev Dauirzhan Shynazbekovich was born in 1988 in the Karmakshy district. In 2010, he graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in finance.
2011 - accountant-cashier of the Karmakshy district branch of the RGKP "Kyzylorda Regional Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise" KGSEN MZ RK.
2014-2015 - Inspector of the apparatus of the akim of the Karmakshy district;
2015-2016 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Documentation Support and Control of the akim's apparatus of the Karmakshy district;
2016-2018 - Chief Specialist of the Terrorism Prevention, Mobilization Training, Civil and Territorial Defense Department of the akim of the Karmakshy District.
Since 2018, the head of the terrorism prevention, mobilization training, civil and territorial defense department of the akim of the Karmakshy region.
