Makhambetov Zhandos Duisembekovich was born in 1986 in the Karmakshinsky district. In 2008, he graduated from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in Information Systems Specialist. In 2011, he graduated from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in Economics.
