Biography
Nimatulla Zhanar Abaevna was born in 1980 in the Karmakshy district, Kyzylorda region.
In 2001, she graduated from Kainar University in Almaty with a degree in International Economics.
She began her career in 2002 as a leading specialist in the economic sector department of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship.
2002-2005 Chief Specialist, Economic Code Division, Department of Economics;
In 2006, Chief Specialist, Sector Development, Department of Economic and Budgetary Planning;
In 2007, chief specialist of the Department of Monitoring of Socio-Economic Development of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning;
From 2007 to 2016, the chief specialist of the Karmakshy district department of economics and budget planning;
2016-2017 Head of the Economic Policy Development Sector of the Karmakshy District Department of Economics and Budget Planning;
From 2017 to the present, she held the post of deputy head of the Karmakshy district department of employment, social programs and civil registration.
