Ukizhar Rasul

Born on February 17, 1990 in Bozanbay village, Ulan District of East Kazakhstan region. In 2011, he graduated from S. Amanzholov University of East Kazakhstan region with a degree in finance.

In 2008-2011, he worked as a PC operator at the maternal and child center of the Department of Health

In 2010-2011, he was an employee of the state institution of a specialized children's and youth School in regional sports.

In 2011, he worked as an assistant to the head of the Departments of the Akim of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2012, he worked as an economic inspector of the state institution akim of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2012-2013, he was an inspector of the state institution of the Glubokovsky District of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2014, he worked as a chief specialist of the state institution "Department of Economics and budget planning of the Glubokovsky District" of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2015-2016, he was an assistant to the first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the Nur-Otan Party.

In 2016, he worked as a chief specialist of the Office of the Akim of the Ust-Kamenogorsk District of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
