Biography
Eskendirov Asan Kairullovich was born on June 21, 1971 in Kokchetav, Kazakh SSR.
Graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov with a degree in Law (1996).
He started his career as an expert of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kokchetav region (1991-1994). Worked as a consultant, leading specialist, chief specialist of the Department of Justice of the Kokshetau region (1994-1996). He held the positions of judge of Kokshetau city court (1996-1998), the court of the Almaty district of Astana (1998-1999), the Akmola Regional Court (1999-2002). He held the positions of Chairman of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Akmola region (2002-2008), Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Pavlodar region (2008-2012), Chairman of the Appellate Judicial Board for Civil and Administrative Cases of Akmola Regional Court (02.07.2012-18.12.2015). He was a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (10.12.2015-31.12.2023).
Appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (from 01.01.2023).
Married, has 3 children.
