Biography
Kydyrbaeva Aigul Kuanyshbaevna was born on August 21, 1967 in Eskeldinsky district, Karabulak, Almaty region, Kazakh SSR.
Graduated from the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov with a degree in jurisprudence (1984-1989), the Academy of Economics and Law with a degree in jurisprudence (2006-2008).
Worked as a senior consultant, consultant, leading consultant of the Department of Systematization and Promotion of Legislation of the Ministry of Justice of the Kazakh SSR (1989-1994). Trained at the Arbitration Court of Almaty region (1994-1995). She held the positions of judge of the Almaty Regional Arbitration Court (1995), the economic board of the Almaty Regional Court (1995-1996), the Bastandyk District Court (1996-2006), the specialized financial court (2006-2010), the Almaty City Court (2010-2011). She worked as Chairman of the Appellate Judicial Board of the Almaty City Court (2011-2012), Chairman of the Judicial Board for Civil and Administrative Cases of the Almaty City Court (2012-2013). She held the positions of Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2013-2015), Chairman of the Specialized Judicial Board of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2015-2021), Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2021-2023).
Appointed as a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (from 01.01.2023).
