Born on July 15, 1993.
Graduated from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in law in 2015.
Graduated from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in economics in 2017.
Work experience
From February to August 2015 - Inspector of the middle, highest category of the department of the committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Karaganda region.
From August 2015 to July 2017 - Chief specialist of the compliance control and claims department of the department of the committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Karaganda region.
From July to November 2017 - Expert of the claims department of the committee for regulation of natural monopolies, protection of competition and consumer rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 2017 to August 2019 - Chief expert of the department for regulation and investigation in the sphere of ports and civil aviation of the committee for regulation of natural monopolies, protection of competition and consumer rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August to October 2019 - Chief expert of the investigation department of the committee for protection and development of competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
