Biography
Yersin Orynbayeva was born on 22nd of March in 1968 year. He was graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata in 1995 with a degree in History and, in 1999 with a degree in Economics and Management.
From 1992 to 1995 - head of the cabinet of the Department of History, lecturer at the Department of History of the Kyzylorda Humanitarian University.
From 1995 to 1997 - engineer at Yuzhneftegaz State Joint Stock Company, Kyzylorda.
From 1997 to 1999 - curator of the group of Hurricane Kumkol Munai JSC, Kyzylorda.
From 1999 to 2000 - bankruptcy manager of JSC "KKZHBI", Kyzylorda.
From 2001 to 2002 - Chief Specialist of the Excise Department of the Committee for State Control over the Production and Turnover of Excisable Products of the MHD RK.
From 2002 to 2006 - head of the Department of the Tax Committee for the Kyzylorda region.
From 2006 to 2010 - Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Syrdara region, Kyzylorda region.
From 2011 to 2014 - Director of TK Dostar LLP, Kyzylorda. From June 2014 to November 2014, he was the head of the Antimonopoly Inspection of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Protection of Competition in the Atyrau region.
From 2014 to 2017 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyzylorda region.
From 2017 to 2019 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyzylorda region.
From 2019 to 2020 - Head of the Department of the Committee for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyzylorda region.
On October 14, 2020, he was appointed head of the Department of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyzylorda region.
