Born on October 26, 1967 in the city of Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region, Kazakh by nationality.
Higher education, in 1993 he graduated from the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and received the qualification of a lawyer.Work experience:
